TwonkyManager is an application that helps you connect your electronic devices to the Internet through your computer. Although, at first sight it may look like an ordinary media player, it was designed to fulfill more complex functions. So you can connect your TV to your computer by using the remote control and by selecting TwonkyManager as your server. Once you have performed this task, you will be able to browse media on your computer and display it on the large screen with the help of your remote control. You will also be able to access the Internet using your TV as the display screen.
The interface is user-friendly, providing easy access to the main functions of the tool. Therefore, by accessing the Manage window you will be able to organize your photos, music and videos into galleries and playlists. Afterward, you will be able to access them, play your favorite music and watch movies "on the big screen" with your family and friends.
The "Now Playing" screen displays what is currently playing on your computer and it allows you to see the devices that are connected to TwonkyManager.
In this section you can add or remove devices and you can manage the device queues (i.e. the list of media) by using the control icons displayed at the bottom of the screen. These icons allow you to adjust the sound volume, stop media which is currently playing or select content to play in shuffle mode.
